Tanawha Split Level Home

 We took the clients concept and reimagined this beautiful multi level dwelling that followed the slope of the block while keeping clear lines of site through to the expansive view at the rear.  

 An amazing home we designed for one of our clients, Pantha Homes.  This project was a knockdown rebuild with many challenges due to the slope and narrow width of the block. The builder did a great job! 

  We are excited to hear that this beautiful duplex development on the Gold Coast has been approved. We have been working alongside the client and the team at Storey and Castle Planning as there were many site restraints and council requirements to overcome. We were able to come up with this unique design tailored to our client’s specifications. We can’t wait to see this one built.
